Over the years we had slowly began to outgrow our home. The girls were getting bigger and the time was right to move up to a larger home we had found. Standing in our way was the fact that we had to sell an existing home before we could move to the next one. We were pleasantly surprised to find that we would net enough money, and we could time our move to our next home without having to move twice. Another great relief was that when we went to make our offer on the home we wanted to buy we were able to make that offer without the contingency for the sale of our home since it was already "sold." Being married to a military man has many benefits, and one drawback. They can station you anywhere at any time. My husband and I were facing relocation and had no idea how to even stat he process of finding a new home in our soon to be new state.
